Financial Policies Life Christian Academy utilizes an online tuition management system for billing and payment. Log in through the online system to review account information at any time.

Tuition and Fees

There is a new student enrollment fee. A student is not fully enrolled until the enrollment fee has been paid in full as well as the non-refundable deposit.

Tuition payments are made online. Choose from several payment plan options.

  • 10 monthly payments from August to May.

  • 2 semester payments

  • 1 full payment for the whole year

Additional fees may include the following and are billed to the family’s account as they occur:

  • Student supplies

  • Field trips

  • Educational programs

  • Annual payment plan setup fee

  • Annual Returning Student Enrollment Fee

Incidental fees are due within fourteen days of posting to a family’s account. Families who choose monthly payments must make regular payments by the tenth of each month to maintain a current account.

Failure to Maintain Current Payment Agreement

When an account is more than sixty days delinquent, a family’s account becomes inactive, and no report cards, transcripts, or other records will be released. Students will be ineligible to participate in any extracurricular activities.

A family that has not paid the full tuition of the previous school year cannot re-enroll their students for the upcoming school year. Re-enrollment is not complete until the re-enrollment fee has been paid in full.

When tuition is delinquent, any payment, regardless of amount, is applied to the outstanding tuition balance.
